The problem here is two-fold: firstly, the AI scales to your vehicle, but pretty much no matter what, they're faster than you off the line. Starting with your beat-up car, you'll get burned, but it may just seem like you need a couple upgrades to catch an edge. Drop some cash on some new parts, and you'll find that the AI has done so as well and will burn you again. Upgrading cars won't help -- even the guys in the opening races will wind up having Lamborghinis and Corvettes if you go out and earn enough cash to have something similar. Even vehicles that shouldn't be able to keep up can -- hopping on a Ducati with lightning-quick acceleration will still get beat by a 'Vette off the line.

er jeg den eneste der har psn problemer? siden i går har jeg konstant fået en dns fejlmeddelse (der har ikke været skyggen af problemer siden jeg fik den i feb, har været online trådløst siden). efter små 20 forsøg bliver jeg logget på, for kun at blive smidt af igen efter x antal minutter.
Jeg var vist rimelig bagud med Map Editor video'erne til Far Cry 2, for jeg vidste slet ikke det var så fedt!
En ting jeg dog er usikker på er distributionen. Passer det at man har 5 slots til maps? Hvordan finder man frem til maps? Ratingsystem som i LBP? Jeg har også læst at man kan hoste et map, og dermed ikke bruge et slot, hvis man skal prøve noget sammen med vennerne?
Nu er jeg hypet :)

Den viser ikke så meget ingame action, mere stemnings"billeder", men for dælen ja jeg glæder mig sku til det, Remedy kan skrive en god historie til spil, og jeg har al mulig tiltro til de kære finer 8-)

The game's writer, he spoke about the long development time, saying "Alan Wake remains true to the original vision of the game, but we are still fine-tuning different elements, making sure that this will be a best possible realization of that vision." Moreover, back in August, Remedy CFO Mika Reini posted an update on the game's official forums, admitting that "if everything had gone perfectly smoothly there probably would be a game out for you guys to play already. But designing a completely new game can be hard, and sometimes you need to take a detour to find the best route forward."
