En opfølger til “Boondock Saints” fra 1999 er på vej. Optagelserne til “Boondock II: All Saints Day”, som atter engang har Sean Patrick Flannery og Norman Reedus i rollerne som de to MacManus-brødre, forventes at gå i gang til næste år.
Ifølge IMDb lærer man i efterfølgeren at de to brødre og deres far har gemt sig i Irlands sletter i tre år, og at de er ganske tilfredse med dette landlige liv. Men da en præst bliver myrdet i Bosten ser det ud som om de to brødre er gerningsmændene, og Conner og Murphy må vende tilbage til USA for at bevise deres uskyld.
Det forventes at filmen får premiere i 2005.
