Det kræver dog som sagt at man kender nogen i the US of A, at man ikke har noget imod at betale for dobbelt internet-opkobling.

#30 Indeed. Ie. Star treck Enterprise; i was clinched to my computer screen every time it had aired and franticly tried to find it on the net so I could get my fix.
I would GLADLY had paid 5$ or perhaps even more, to get a nice HD version from a fast server, And im shure many ppl feels the same way as me, all across europe and other countries were it didnt air. Im quite shure that if the cable comp had actually thought of the internet as a way to reach a global market, they would easily had made so many subscribing users that they could have run the series for as many seasons theyd like. But it seems that they are so focused on the US TV market that they dont realise what the full potential of the internet is. its frustrating and anoying. Especially with Star treck where there is a very huge fan base alle around the globe, all willing to buy the new eps... ohh well. In a couple of years im sure your concept (or in a slightly altered maner) will be quite normal.

Im guessing that one of the main problems is that still to this day alot of countries dont have alot of broadband conections, and due to this fact the companies are hesitant to invest in this form of marketing. If only one company would take the step and make a succes out of it, more would follow.

..my 2 cents :)

mandag - American dad, Threshold
tirsdag - Prison Break, My name is earl, Surface
onsdag -
Torsdag - Supernatural, Lost, Invasion
Fredag -

I am sure, if we had my idea realized back when Farscape, Firefly and Enterprise was still on the air, we would never have seen them cancelled so early.

If they like it or not, they do make the "good" money off of the rest of the world. They just don't realize the fact that when they want a certain group of people to watch their shows, they don't seem to understand that, like their movies, which enjoys the International promotions and releases, so too could their TV shows. Because in the end, they all, end up in syndication, one way or another. So, I think they should ask them selves, "why not be the first to appeal to a broader audience?". They could make shows bigger and better business than motion pictures!

But hey, that's just my humble opinion. And I wasn't there to convince them in person so I my letter might not have been enough!

Jeg downloader helt vildt.... Henter 30 film i døgnet...
Oh, by the way - I was being sarcastic...
