We are currently carrying out an investigation with the Danish Post Office and Police as we have noticed a growing trend whereby customers in Denmark appear not to be receiving their goods. We believe this to be a localized matter since no other countries are experiencing such problems.
With this in mind we would ask for your co-operation by allowing a further 7 working days to see if the item arrives. If after allowing this period of time the item has still not arrived, please let us know so we can report it as ‘missing’ to the Danish Post Office so they can make further investigations in conjunction with the Danish Police.

#12 Det er bestemt ikke første gang det har været oppe, at folks pakker forsvinder. Især når det gælder cd'ere og dvd'ere. Det er et problem post dk må få løst HURTIGT istedet for at bruge debile undskyldninger.
