Har lige chattet med Netflix supporten i USA. Det var godt nok noget af oplevelse. Jeg sad og blev i tvivl om det var en Bot jeg Chattede med.
Jeg fandt ud af at den godt vil vise historiken i Firefox og IE, men ikke i Crome. Jeg har slettet cookies og den slags i crome, kan bare ikke se at det kan have noget med min box at gøre.
Hun endte med at sende mig en artikel om netværksfejlfinding. Det har jo ikke rigtig noget med det at gøre. Tror jeg prøver at ringe derind næste gang.

Thank you for being so patient Henrik! Sometimes there is a build up of temporary files for the browser you watch Netflix in. No worries though! I am going to link you an article with the step to get that fixed. We just need to get the cookies cleared! All you have to do is Click Here! When you click on the clear cookies link it will bring you to a new sign in page for Netflix, go ahead and sign in and try it one more time. I will totally be right here for you!

Yes, but the problem is also on my WD TV live device. Thats the biggest problem. I like to use my tv box and se movies in my coach ;)

yeah, it seems to work in IE. Very strange. i dosnt solve the problem on my wd tv. i will try in Firefox as well.

it works there as well :s There as been no new firmware upgrades for the WD since it stopped working. I did a full reset today, with the same problem, but strange that it is working in IE and Firefox, but not in crome. It should not have anything to do with the WD box trough :s

Thank you for being so awesome Henrik! We were totally able to find out what was going on for you! There does seem to be a break in the connection, but no worries! I am going to link you an awesome article so we can get everything refreshed that way. They also see that the DNS settings may have been altered with the streaming box which could cause a couple of things to go funky. However that should totally be solved with the hard reset you did. If not then you can definitely call your internet to get that sorted out as well! I am going to link the article in a separate bubble for you. I am in the US!

yeah, i know ;) but it is only the recently viewed that is not working. also without VPN and all that funky stuff. it is a little strange trough, i dint expect it to be working in ie and firefox and it can not haveanything to to with the box.

No, it is missing. It is not running any vpn, only the danish version. I did a reset of it today. i didnt help.

okay :) It's okay if you don't know. I was myself a little confused when it worked in ie and firefox. I just can't imagine it can have anything to do with the box. I think the recently played feed has got corrupeted somehow.

Thank you for being so patient Henrik! I just finished talking them, and they were able to find out what was going on for you. With Netflix all of our content is based by region so when the DNS settings were altered it through your device off and confused everything because of the different in content so the recently watched wasn't available anymore. No worries though! If the settings are back to normal then we just need to give everything a refresher. Which I am going to link the article for with awesome steps on how to do that! We will be disconnected from our chat, but you won't even miss me because you will be back to browsing through your recently viewed! For the article all you have to do is Click Here, and I can totally answer any questions you may have! How does that sound?

Har været inde og rettet DNS til Unblock US.
Derefter inde og forsøge med Reset Location, hvor den så skriver den ikke kan forbinde.

Kan bruge YouTube fra boksen, så nettet virker.
Har aktiveret Unblock US på en laptop først.

Nogen der har rodet med de nye tiltag på Apple-TV?

Jeg er ret begejstret for live-tv delen. Synes det er superfedt med Sky News - udmærket kvalitet. Det ville være fedt hvis Apple smed flere live kanaler på.

HBO GO og Watch ESPN er også fine tiltag, men kræver abonnementer, så dem har jeg ikke rodet med. Men hvis HBO GO er lige så nemt at få som Hulu+ og Netflix - så tror jeg at jeg skal nedgraderet tv-pakken gevaldigt, da vi efterhånden kun ser DRs kanaler, TV2 - og så on-demand via Hulu og Netflix.

Qello og Crunchroll siger mig ikke så meget.

HBO GO kræver vist nok et HBO-tv-abonnement i USA, så det er nok ikke helt ligeså nemt. Hvis bare de fik taget sig sammen med HBO Nordic.

Jeg aner intet om AppleTV.. Er det nok at ændre dns-settings på en AppleTV boks købt i DK for at se Netflix US?

Du kan købe adgang til unblock-us.com, og derefter smider du bare dns adressen ind i opsætningen på apple tv. Derefter kan du via hjemmesiden skifte imellem de forskellige lande som har netflix.

Kender udemærket Unblock-us, men det var mere om der var forskel på den amerikanske Netflix-app og den Danske, og om den amerikanske kunne køre på en dansk box.
