A new law has been passed in Denmark, which has caused some customers orders to be delayed by Danish Customs until they have contacted client's to pay taxes upon orders entering Denmark.
Unfortunately, as this is no fault of FutureEnt.com, we are unable to refund any charges you may incur.
However to help assist the transit of orders FutureEnt.com has now amended all invoices registering sales between you the client and ourselves, which seems to have solved the problem.

Therefore, we are unable to process any claims for missing post until 28 days has elapsed from date of dispatch.
All claims submitted within 28 days will be ignored and need to be resubmitted by you if you have still not received the items after 28 days have elapsed from date of dispatch, as these items are not lost.
