Deres service er også forringet en del samtidig med at deres priser stiger. De svarer ikke på mails og annullerer ordrer. Ærgeligt, har ellers handlet der en del tidligere.

Ja, deres service er gået ret meget ned af bakke. Jeg håber dog på at mine sidste par bestillinger går igennem uden andet vrøvl end ventetid.. og så vil jeg da overveje stærkt om der bliver lagt flere penge hos DVDsoon.

Jeg håber også at min foreløbig sidste bestilling går igennem. Ellers står jeg med en store credits, som jeg ikke har den store lyst til at bruge. Håber at de finder tilbage til deres gamle selv, når de opdager at folk ikke vil handle hos dem mere.

Presently the DVD market is in a changing phase as it does each summer. Unfortunately this year offers more changes than any year to date causing many delays with the arrival of many products. We have taken the current market situation into consideration and have increased our delays to 60 days. However we will now actively enforce the old policy in order to better manage our back orders.
We understand that a lot of these products do remain available on our web page as they have not been discontinued by the manufacturer. Please understand that these items are catalog items that can take a while to receive. We will no longer allow our clients to wait longer than necessary for the manufacturers to deliver the goods and do reserve the right to cancel these items as needed.
You may definitely re-order these items however this is at your own risk. We will continue to attempt to get the item in stock. Please note that you will not be able to retain the original price of the product. I understand that prices may be high at the moment however we do welcome you to check back regularly as price can always come down at any time. Presently our site reflects currently market inflations which is out of our control. Once again I do apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your comprehension.
