Jeg er heldigvis kun blevet snydt for lige godt 35kr, og de blev trukket fra ca 2 måneder siden, så tror de er tabt. Men en ting er sikker, jeg er færdig med DVDSoon! Men det var da ellers dejligt så længe de lave priser varede, jeg fik da heldigivis udnyttet det så godt jeg kunne! :)
Nogle, der har nogle gode alternativer til DVDSOon mht. priserne? Og gerne gratis fragt :)
#32 - Det må vi hellere finde ud af, jeg skal alligevel derned senere på dagen, så vil jeg lige spørge ham/hende bag skranken (selvom vedkommende garanteret ikke ved noget, så må jeg da kunne blive smidt videre til en der ved noget. Ellers må vi til PBS).
Jeg har omkring de cad30 i klemme. Den jeg troede de havde sendt i går, var blevet cancelled, og så havde de sendt et gift certificate :(

Den person jeg snakkede med i banken i går, vidste ikke så meget om det. Alt hun sagde var, at man bare skulle udfylde nogle blanketter. Hun vidste ikke noget om tidsrammerne.

Jeg ved ikke om nogle har større beløb i klemme, men de kan i så fald reddes. Jeg skrev og spurgte min bank, og fik følgende svar:
"Med hensyn til din spørgsmål om at få pengene tilbage for ikke leverede varer, kender vi ikke lovgivningen i Canada.
Men der kan gøres indsigelse via PBS med hensyn til at beløbene er trukket og varen ikke er leveret.
Det kræver en del arbejde både hos os og hos PBS, og da det er små beløb, vil vi nok fraråde det, også hvis du fortsat måske ønsker at handle hos det pågældende firma. Men det kan lade sig gøre."
Det er vel mere en princip-sag det her. Jeg er lidt ligeglad om mine 150kr kommer i min lomme, eller går til pbs i gebyr. Bare DVDSoon får sig en lærestreg.

In order to implement this enhanced process, we were forced to cancel all pending orders and reset the system. To avoid penalizing our customers, we have immediately applied a credit to your account for the outstanding value. Changes to the system and refund to customers will be finalized by December 31st 2005.
As we have established market-leadership and a long track record of market innovation, we have also decided to extend our iPoints program for all visiting customers and also to reintroduce our worldwide free shipping policy. Customers who previously purchased our fidelity card were already credited up to the level of usage of their card.
We are working closely with our suppliers to bring products to you in a faster time and we will continue to partner aggressively with them to drive DVDsoon to the highest levels of customer service in the market.
We recognize the trust and loyalty that you have expressed toward us, and we are committed to protect this relationship.

Det er helt sikkert også en principsag for mig, da indsigelsen jo netop kan blive dyr for DVDsoon. For mit vedkommende drejer det sig nu om 4 film de har annuleret og 76CAD, penge jeg kan leve med at tabe, ja.. men hvis jeg har 4 betalinger, så er der ganske sikkert flere kunder derude som har en del betalinger/penge i klemme og det kan sagtens gå hen og blive en skidt affære for dem.
Jeg fik iøvrigt også den mail.. sikkert ganske standard. Jeg giver dem et par dage til at svare endnu og så får de endnu en mail hvor jeg forlanger at få mine varer til den oprindelige pris eller pengene retur.

HA!! Jeg føler mig ikke særlig 'valued'.
Troværdighed - loyalitet....måske er det bare mig, der ikke forstår betydningen af disse ?
Kunne I så ikke lige udvikle, eller rettere sagt fjerne, den funktion som gør, at man kun kan bruge 25% af sin kredit ved et køb ?
