... Well, det kommer da an på, hvem man er. ;-)

Du bestemmer ikke over mig! Jeg vil selv bestemme, om det er ok at se filmen i biffen for andre! Pfff!

Slutningen fra disse figurers side:

Batman:
Following the apparent death of Batman, he is identified as a hero and a monument is erected in his honor in the center of city hall. Meanwhile, at Wayne Manor, a small memorial service is held in Bruce Wayne's honor by the few men that knew the truth of his identity as Batman. A short while afterwards, Lucius Fox discovers that the Bat, which had a failing autopilot, had actually been repaired six months prior. Alfred, at a cafe in Florence, recalls as recurring dream he had during Bruce's first disappearance regarding finding him happily at a cafe in Italy with a wife. As Alfred sits he looks up to find Bruce sitting with Selina across the cafe. He smiles and nods at him, as does Bruce, having finally found peace and happiness.

Catwoman:
Selina uses the Batpod to destroy the rubble blocking a tunnel out of Gotham and goes back to help in the climactic final battle. She arrives just in time to kill Bane, and she and Batman chase after Talia al Ghul, the true mastermind behind everything. Selina takes care of the vehicles on land while Batman, in The Bat, focuses on driving Talia off the road, and succeeds. Seeing no choice, Batman concludes that he must use The Bat to carry the nuclear bomb Talia was carrying over the bay, where it will explode harmlessly. Knowing that Batman will not survive the ordeal, Selina kisses him goodbye as he flies off. The bomb explodes overseas and Batman is named dead.

However, it turns out that Selina and Bruce are living together in Italy, where Alfred sees them eating at a restaurant.

John Blake:
Blake joined Gordon and his regime of remaining police officers to overthrow Bane and his men to regain control of the city. The plan failed as Gordon and several other men are sentenced to walk on a thin layer of ice. In the commotion, Blake attempted to free the trapped officers underground, but was caught. As he was about to be executed, Batman arrived and saved him, tasking him with evacuating the city as much as he could. As Batman and his army of cops fought Bane and his men, Blake lead the evacuation with the help of his fellow orphans from the orphanage. However, the military blocked the only intact bridge and refused entry to Blake, fearing that Bane would detonate a nuclear bomb. When Blake refused to stop walking towards them, the military blow up a part of the bridge, permanently trapping them. However, Batman used The Bat to carry the bomb overseas where it exploded harmlessly over the bay. Blake and the orphans realized Batman had apparently died in doing so, and mourned his death.

The orphanage moved to a new location; Wayne Manor. Blake received his own inheritance from Bruce, under his birth name Robin. When he visited the coordinates he was provided, Blake found himself in the Batcave.

Alfred:
Over Bruce's grave, Alfred breaks down in tears and apologizes to Bruce's parents having failed to protect their son. However, when Alfred returns to the Florentine restaurant, he looks across to see Bruce dining with Selina Kyle and they exchange smiles to one another.

Lucius Fox:
After Bruce Wayne's "death", Lucius attends his funeral service alongside Alfred, Jim Gordon and John Blake. Sometime later, he learned about the software patch that Bruce Wayne used to fix the auto pilot problem on The Bat.

Gordon:
Gotham is finally secured again, all prisoners are recaptured, the League of Shadows is finished, and Gotham is finally at peace. Gordon is finally relieved to commemorate the true hero of Gotham, Batman, with a statue in his honor at City Hall. Gordon, Fox, Blake, and Alfred hold a private funeral ceremony for Bruce Wayne at his mansion, knowing that Bruce was not the spoiled playboy Gotham believed him to be, but a hero who sacrificed everything to ensure no one felt the same pain he felt as a child.

As Gordon is standing on top of the GCPD overlooking Gotham he notices to his suprise that the Bat Signal has been repaired, indicating that Batman is indeed alive, and is finally content once more in his life. The peace that Gotham finally has is now in an honest light. Bruce Wayne would eventually be revealed to be alive, having finally moved on from Gotham to start a life with Selina Kyle, with all his close friends and associates receiving some form of evidence or direct proof of his survival. Gordon remains the Police Commissioner of a city he can finally be proud to call his own, free of organized crime, corrupt police officers and government officials, and one that is venerating the proper hero with no dishonest aspersions in the shadows.
